Return & Refund Policy (For Ayurvedic Healthcare Products)
At Abhinavayu, we prioritise your wellness and the overall experience with our products. Because our products are Ayurvedic, consumable, personal-care, and healthcare in nature, we follow a strict but fair return policy to maintain product safety and hygiene.
1. Products Eligible for Return / Refund
We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
This includes items that are leaking, broken, tampered with, or physically damaged at the time of delivery.
Wrong product received
This applies when the product delivered does not match what you ordered.
Expired product received
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Any product with a broken seal
- Products purchased under discount or sale
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products returned without original packaging
Note: Since Ayurvedic and wellness products are consumable and personal in nature, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as taste, smell, dislike, change of mind, or no longer needing the product.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Unboxing or opening video (for damaged shipments)

Our support team will review and confirm if the return or replacement is approved.
4. Refund or Replacement
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, or
- Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. The delivery can be refused upon arrival.
6. COD Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be provided through bank transfer or UPI after the returned product is received and inspected.
7. RTO (Return to Origin) Cases
If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer refusal, reshipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
